June 18 – Versatile Team 2

Variety is this team’s middle name.

Here’s Jeanne & Sandy cleaning earlier this week. They’ve washed windows, weeded, and swept.

 

Kathy Sanders has been scraping and priming with a focus on the Assistant Keeper’s apartment we use for volunteer housing.

Sandra White has focused mostly on landscaping projects. This photo is from early in the week; this area is all nicely trimmed.

The shed has been cleaned & organized. We still need more space and we’re hoping to do some additional construction later this summer, but, for now, it will be much easier to access things.

In addition to clearing brush around the back side of the boathouse, the team has cleared stone that might otherwise be a fall hazard for our upcoming carpentry team planning to do wood replacement using the hemlock sent out last year.
